urlNormally, I have a glorious morning after hangover when I celebrate my birthday with friends. Not yesterday, because I knew there would be a lot more family and friends coming over on Saturday. So to enjoy that day, I thought it would be best to wake up sober and without having to cope with a hangover. Therefore I hold my liquor a little. The big 25 part I

BFF-Beer-Friends-ForeverReaching the age of 21 actually means you have grown an adult and responsible for everything you do. It’s often an age that is celebrated with big parties, but to me, reaching the age of 25 feels really like growing up. Yes, this weekend I reach my mid-twenties and somehow I feel like expectations shifted. Then again, that will be food for another blog. Birthday weekend

Last weekend mostly consisted of my family celebrating both my father’s and my brother’s birthday. This meant eating lots of cakes, having family over having drinks and listen to the same old stories we tell at every birthday. You know, just the things we all like have to do on an average birthday, right? Though personally, having to spend the whole weekend entertaining family and eating lots of unhealthy food is not really my cup of tea. I do love birthday parties and I sure love to attend them. Just not when I am obligated to stay throughout two days and entertain the whole crowd. Including serving drinks, cake and other foods. Continue reading
